Cowardly East Nashville Hit & Run Driver Thinks He Is Going To Get Away With It

Nashville Hit & Run Driver Flees The Scene

Nashville Hit & Run Driver Flees The Scene

The man driving the vehicle that caused serious injury and property damage in East Nashville and fled the scene might think he will get away with it, but I’d bet a dollar to a donut, that Nashville police get their man.

According to local media reports the mystery driver sped through a stop sign at North 2nd St., and slammed into another car. The collision caused the victims car to hit a power pole and end up in the side of a brick house. The errant driver left the vehicle he was driving and fled the scene. The other driver was transported and his injuries were not life threatening. Police are looking for the driver.

As an experienced Tennessee automobile accident lawyer, I have railed in this Blog about Hit & Run drivers. Hit & Run drivers are, in my consideration, the worst kind of human being. Most H&R drivers are under the influence of alcohol, others have already run afoul of the law and have lost their driving privileges, yet they continue to get behind the wheel and ignore the rules. Many H&R drivers are trying to avoid detection because they don’t have insurance and they don’t want to face the responsibility for their actions.

If you or a loved one is injured or killed by a drunk hit & run driver recovering damages for your loss can be a tricky proposition and you will need an experienced Nashville automobile accident attorney to help you protect your rights. At Phillip Miller & Associates we can help you.

High Speed Nashville Road Race Leaves Man Burned Beyond Regognition

Man Burned In Car Crash

Man Burned In Car Crash

Hit & Run drivers are, in my consideration, the worst kind of human being. Most H&R drivers are under the influence of alcohol, others have already run afoul of the law and have lost their driving privileges, yet they continue to get behind the wheel and ignore the rules.

Many H&R drivers are trying to avoid detection because they don’t have insurance and they don’t want to face the responsibility for their actions. No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying fellow human being lying in the street.

Nashville police are looking for a driver, the other half of a high speed car race on a Nashville street, who left the scene seconds after the other car drove off the road, crashed into a tree and burned, killing the driver. The driver was burned so badly that police have yet to identify him.

Witnesses say that the cars were going in excess of 100 m.p.h. and police still believe that instead of a race, one car might have been chasing the other one.

If you or a loved one is injured or killed by a Hit & Run driver in a Tennessee automobile accident contact the experienced Nashville car crash lawyers at Phillip Miller & Associates and take advantage of a free consultation to determine how you want to proceed.

2 Tennessee Hit & Run Drivers Leave Horse Dead And The Woman Rider In A Ditch

Share The Road

Share The Road

As an experienced Nashville automobile accident lawyer, I’d say with confidence that it is probably not a good idea to ride a horse along a Tennessee highway after ten pm. An article in the local Sevierville, Tennessee media tells the story of a woman who was doing just that when she was struck by one, then another car.

According to the article, the horse was killed and the woman seriously injured. The focal point of this Blog is that the drivers of the two vehicles then fled the scene.

No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying pedestrian lying in the street, or as in this case, alongside a country road. Once the police capture a Hit & Run driver they may not have insurance to cover any injury, so it’s important to have your case reviewed by an experienced Nashville automobile accident lawyer like those you will find at Phillip Miller & Associates. Clarksville Hit & Run Driver Identified, Victim Still A Mystery

Hit & Run Fatality

Hit & Run Fatality

Hit & Run drivers are, in my consideration, the worst kind of human being, yet they continue to get behind the wheel and ignore the rules.

Many H&R drivers are trying to avoid detection because they don’t have insurance and they don’t want to face the responsibility for their actions. No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying pedestrian lying in the street. Clarksville, Tennessee police say they now know who hit and killed a woman Friday.

A man turned himself into police and told investigators he thought he hit a deer and just kept going. Local media really didn’t provide much in the way of facts as to where she was when she was hit, so it’s hard to say who was at fault.

The driver’s story begins to weaken when we find out he had been drinking prior to the collision, leading reasonable people to disbelieve his story. Another mystery surrounding this event is the investigators inability to identify the victim. The woman was not carrying ID or a cell phone.

Distracted Tennessee Driver Hit Traffic Worker And Flees The Scene

Observe Construction Zone Safety

Observe Construction Zone Safety

Hit & Run drivers are, in my consideration, the worst kind of human being. Most H&R drivers are under the influence of alcohol, others have already run afoul of the law and have lost their driving privileges, yet they continue to get behind the wheel and ignore the rules.

Many H&R drivers are trying to avoid detection because they don’t have insurance and they don’t want to face the responsibility for their actions. No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying pedestrian lying in the street.

Reference a Hit & Run accident in Kingsport Tennessee, last week in which a motorist, distracted by using a cell phone, hit a traffic worker in a clearly marked worker present zone, and then fled the scene. By now I’m sure she is sorry she compounded her mistake by fleeing the scene and leaving the worker injured in the street, because she has been arrested and jailed.

Construction zones can present a driver with a challenge. The zones are usually well marked in advance and require vehicles to start reducing speed in preparation for the upcoming area on the road where the construction equipment and workers are located.

If you or a loved one is injured or killed in a Tennessee construction zone accident it’s important that you secure the services of an experienced Nashville automobile accident attorney like those that you will find at Phillip Miller & Associates. Time is of the essence in these cases so contact us immediately at 615-356-2000

Tennessee Woman Killed By Hit & Run Driver

No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying pedestrian lying in the street.

Reference a recent case of Hit & Run in Tullahoma, Tennessee. A 28-year-old woman crossing the street with her friend is run down by a pickup truck, and died later at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Somewhere out there the driver, a selfish, lowlife of a human being, is waiting, waiting for a knock on the door that is going to change his/her life, just like the driver changed the life of the young woman left dying in the street.

Right this very minute there are two lowlifes somewhere in Hamilton County who need to be found and who need to have the heavy hammer of the law come down on them with righteous fury. If I sound angry, then you have a good read on me.

These lowlifes were driving along and for some unknown reason struck a 58-year-old pedestrian, got out of their car and checked on the man and got back in there car and drove away. They did not call emergency responders to alert them to the man lying in the street. At the time of the local media report there was no information about the man’s condition.

Hit & Run Driver Crashes Into Bradley County Tennessee School Bus

Hit & Run

Hit & Run

As an experienced Tennessee automobile accident attorney I would bet you the ranch that the driver of a red truck that hit a Bradley County Tennessee school bus and fled the scene was driving drunk, or without a driver’s license. The bus was for special needs children and fortunately no one was injured.

Each day, some 480,000 school buses transport more than 26 million children to and from school and school related activities, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation. An average of 19 school-age children die in school transportation-related traffic crashes each year – five occupants of school buses and 14 pedestrians. Most of those killed are children five to seven years old.

Hit & Run Driver Gets 15 Years For Manslaughter

Man Gets 15 Years

Man Gets 15 Years

Last year I wrote about a fatal bicycle/car accident that took the life of a man training for a Triathlon. The driver of the car fled the scene. This past week the fleeing driver pled guilty to first-degree manslaughter, driving drunk and was sentenced to 15 years in the state penitentiary. He will be eligible for parole after serving 11 years.

Most H&R drivers are under the influence of alcohol, others have already run afoul of the law and have lost their driving privileges, yet they continue to get behind the wheel and ignore the rules.

No matter which category they fall into they are the very worst type of person, someone who will leave an injured or dying fellow human being lying in the street.

Nearly 18 months ago I wrote about a fatal Hit & Run collision in West Tennessee. The case against this low-down skunk went cold until recently. The victim’s family received an anonymous tip as to the name of the driver. South Fulton Police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation instituted an investigation and announced just the other day, the arrest of a 50-year-old South Fulton man on the charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving a death, a Class E felony.

I’m not sure what motivated the anonymous caller but my hats off to that person. If you or a loved one is injured or killed by a drunk hit & run driver recovering damages for your loss can be a tricky proposition and you will need an experienced Nashville automobile accident attorney to help you protect your rights. At Phillip Miller & Associates we can help you.
