Nashville Auto Accident Lawyer Reports On a Fatal Tipton County Roadway Departure Crash

It Rolled and Burned

It Rolled and Burned

A 20-year-old Tipton County Tennessee man was killed early the other morning when his car left the roadway went into a ditch hit a culvert and burst into flames. There’s little to say and less to know about what happened, it was 4 AM on a rural road. Was the man drinking, speeding, distracted or did he just fall asleep at the wheel? I’m sure his family will be looking for answers but accidents like this one are often hard figure out for investigators.

An autopsy will show whether he had drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of the crash. Skid marks at the scene will help determine whether he was speeding or had fallen asleep at the wheel. That’s beside the point for his grieving family and friends. Roadway departure crashes have reached an epidemic level in Tennessee and no one in authority seems to be paying attention. My prayers go out to the family.
